RoboHaus

Terms of Service

The terms governing your purchase of Unitree and Hiwonder products through RoboHaus AU.

1. Acceptance and parties

These Terms of Service form a contract between you (the "Customer") and [Legal Entity — to be confirmed] (ABN [ABN — to be confirmed]), trading as RoboHaus AU ("RoboHaus", "we", "us"). By placing an order with us you accept these Terms.

Last updated: 30 April 2026.

2. Definitions

"Goods" means any robot, accessory or related product supplied by us. "Order" means a request from you to purchase Goods. "Order Confirmation" means a written confirmation issued by us accepting your Order. "ACL" means the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

3. Order acceptance

Prices and product information displayed on our website are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your Order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we issue an Order Confirmation. We may decline any Order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or where the Order cannot be fulfilled to Australia.

4. Pricing, currency and FX

Unitree products are listed at the Unitree global RRP in US dollars (USD), with an indicative AUD conversion shown for reference. The AUD invoice amount is determined and locked at the point of Order Confirmation, using the foreign exchange rate of the day.

Hiwonder education products are priced and invoiced in AUD inclusive of GST.

Where Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies, it is included on AUD invoices and shown as a separate line item.

5. Payment

Payment is by Australian bank transfer (EFT) only. We do not accept credit cards. Full payment is required before dispatch unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. See our Payment Policy for bank details and instructions.

6. Title and risk

Title in the Goods passes to you only when we receive cleared payment in full. Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you on delivery to the address you nominate.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your Order at no charge at any time before we have dispatched the Goods. After dispatch, a cancellation may incur a restocking fee and freight costs, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

All Unitree products supplied by RoboHaus AU come with a 12-month Australian warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any manufacturer warranty offered by Unitree Robotics. Warranty terms for Hiwonder education products are as supplied by Hiwonder Technology and apply in full.

Warranty claims should be lodged in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you have under the ACL.

10. Limitation of liability

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising in connection with the Goods is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing the Goods, or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or downtime, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, freight or customs disruption, or supplier failure.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If a dispute arises, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the matter informally within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation through a recognised Australian mediation body before commencing legal proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version current at the time you place your Order applies to your purchase.
