Payment Policy
How to pay, what we accept, and how invoicing works.
1. Accepted method — bank transfer (EFT)
RoboHaus AU accepts payment by Australian bank transfer (EFT) only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, BPAY, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. This keeps fees out of the cart and pricing clean.

2. Bank details
Once your Order is confirmed we issue a tax invoice with full payment instructions. Our banking details are:

Reference: your order number, provided on the Order Confirmation
Please use your order number as the payment reference. Without it we may not be able to match your payment to your Order, which can delay dispatch.
3. Payment timing
Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. For special-order or pre-sale items, payment confirms your place in the production queue.
4. Invoicing, currency and GST
All invoices are issued in Australian dollars (AUD). Where Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies, it is included in the invoice and shown as a separate line item.
Unitree products are priced at the Unitree global RRP in USD on our website. The AUD invoice amount is locked at the time of Order Confirmation, using the foreign exchange rate of the day. The locked AUD amount applies even if the FX rate moves before your payment clears.
5. Receipt of funds
A paid receipt is issued once funds have cleared in our account. EFT typically clears within 1 business day for same-bank transfers and 1–3 business days between banks. Dispatch is scheduled from the date of cleared funds.
6. Finance
Finance is available to approved purchasers through our partner finance providers, subject to credit assessment. Indicative weekly amounts shown on our site are estimated over 60 months at a 9% p.a. comparison rate; the actual rate, term and weekly cost will depend on the outcome of your credit assessment. RoboHaus AU is not a credit provider, lender or financial adviser, and does not provide financial product advice.
7. Refunds
Refunds, when payable, are processed back to the same Australian bank account from which payment was received. We do not refund to a different account or party.
8. Late payment
Where a deposit has been paid and the balance is overdue, we may pause dispatch and revisit pricing if FX has moved materially. We will always contact you before taking any such step.
