Shipping Policy

Australian fulfilment, freight, customs and delivery — what to expect after you order.

1. Where we ship

RoboHaus AU ships to all Australian states and territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are a non-Australian buyer, please contact your local Unitree dealer.

2. Stocked items — 5-day Australian fulfilment

Stocked items dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 5 business days of cleared payment. Once dispatched, transit time depends on destination and freight method, and is typically 1–5 business days within metro Australia and 3–10 business days to regional and remote areas.

3. Special order and pre-sale items

Some products are not held in local stock and are sourced directly from Unitree Robotics on a per-order basis. Typical lead time for special order or pre-sale items is 6 to 12 weeks from Order Confirmation, including manufacture, international freight, customs clearance, and inland delivery.

For example, the Unitree R1 humanoid is currently a pre-sale product with first units shipping from June 2026. We will provide an indicative dispatch window at the time of Order Confirmation and keep you updated on progress.

4. Freight charges

Freight is quoted separately and added to your invoice based on the size, weight and destination of your Order. Typical freight bands are between A$300 and A$1,200 AUD. The exact freight amount is confirmed before you pay, and is locked in your Order Confirmation.

5. Customs clearance (direct-import orders)

For Orders fulfilled by direct import, the Customer is the importer of record. To clear customs we will need:

your full legal name or business name; your phone number and email address; and your tax identifier (such as ABN), where required by the freight forwarder or Australian Border Force.

Where applicable, customs duties, GST on imports, and other government charges are payable by the Customer in addition to the invoice amount, unless we have agreed in writing to deliver landed.

6. Insurance

Transit insurance is included at no extra cost for Orders with a goods value of more than A$5,000 AUD. For smaller Orders, insurance is available on request and quoted separately.

7. Delivery and signature

Orders with a goods value of more than A$1,000 AUD require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card and reattempt delivery or hold the parcel at a nearby depot.

Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect packaging on receipt and report any visible damage to us within 48 hours.

8. Delays

While we work hard to meet the timelines above, freight and customs are subject to events outside our control, including weather, port congestion, customs holds, and carrier capacity. Where a delay arises we will let you know and provide an updated ETA.

9. Address accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address before dispatch. Re-delivery or address-change fees charged by the carrier are payable by the Customer.
