Returns & Refund Policy

Your options for returns, replacements and warranty claims.

1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a Good has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults, you are entitled to have the Good repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

The terms below describe how we apply those rights in practice, plus our additional change-of-mind and warranty service.

2. Change-of-mind returns

Unopened, unused units in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The Customer pays return freight, and the Goods must arrive back to our warehouse undamaged and complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Once a unit has been opened but is otherwise unused, we may accept the return at our discretion subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Used units are not returnable for change of mind. This restriction does not affect your rights for faulty Goods.

3. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your unit fails to power on, has a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange — at no cost to you — a full replacement or a full refund, including return freight.

Please keep the original packaging and any visible packaging damage photographed for the claim.

4. 12-month Australian warranty

All Unitree products supplied by RoboHaus AU come with a 12-month Australian warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, water ingress, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable parts (such as batteries beyond their stated cycle life).

For warranty service, contact us with your order number, the unit serial number, and a clear description of the fault. We will diagnose the issue and arrange repair or replacement.

5. Education-tier products

Hiwonder education products (including PuppyPi and MechDog) are covered by their full manufacturer warranty as supplied with the product. RoboHaus AU will assist with warranty claims for these products on your behalf.

6. Return freight

Where the return is for change of mind or buyer error, the Customer pays return freight. Where the return is for a DOA, manufacturing defect, or warranty claim, RoboHaus AU pays return freight within Australia.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of the returned Goods being received and inspected. Refunds are paid back via bank transfer (EFT) to the same account from which payment was originally received.

8. How to start a return

Please email contact@digitaloneagency.com.au with your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting photos or video. We will issue a Return Authorisation and shipping instructions before you send anything back. Returns received without a Return Authorisation may be delayed.
