1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Digital One Agency, a registered business name of The Trustee for the Austech Online Settlement Trust (ABN 82 307 630 720), trading as RoboHaus AU ("we", "us", "our"). RoboHaus AU is an authorised Unitree Robotics dealer in Australia.

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business activities. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

Identity and contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address.

Order and invoicing details: items purchased, order history, invoice records, and bank reference details required for EFT payment reconciliation. We do not collect or store credit card numbers — we do not accept credit card payments.

Customs and import details: for direct-import orders we may collect your phone number, email and tax identifier (such as ABN) where required by Australian Border Force or the destination broker.

Browsing analytics: standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and time on page.

Communications: records of enquiries, support requests, and warranty claims.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to fulfil orders, arrange freight, manage customs clearance, issue invoices and tax receipts, provide warranty and after-sales support, respond to enquiries, and improve our website and services.

We will only send marketing communications where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

4. Disclosures

We disclose personal information only where necessary to deliver our services or comply with the law. Recipients may include:

Unitree Robotics: serial numbers, contact details and fault descriptions for warranty processing and firmware support.

Finance partners: where you apply for finance, your application details are passed to the relevant approved finance provider for credit assessment.

Freight and logistics providers: name, delivery address, and phone number for dispatch and delivery.

Australian Taxation Office and other regulators: where required by law, including for GST, income tax and customs reporting.

5. Cross-border disclosure

For warranty processing and technical support, customer information (typically name, contact details, serial number and fault description) may be disclosed to Unitree Robotics in the People's Republic of China. By placing an order or submitting a warranty claim you consent to this overseas disclosure.

We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, measure campaign performance, and improve user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly without them.

7. Your rights

8. Data retention and security

We retain order, invoice and tax records for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with Australian taxation law. Other personal information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
